Built by parents who have had to make the ask
You didn't sign up to be a marketing department.
You volunteered because you wanted to be around the team. Or because nobody else raised their hand. Or because your kid asked you to. Somewhere in the first month you also became the sponsorship director, the graphic designer, the event planner, the social media manager, and the person who writes all of the email correspondence.
None of that was on the sign-up sheet.
You know the club needs money. You know the sponsor packet should look like more than a Word document, that the ask should sound confident instead of apologetic, and that the banner at the gate should reflect this year. But you have a full-time job, a season that started three weeks ago, and a treasury that cannot absorb a designer.
You don't need a rebrand. You need the materials somebody should have handed you on day one.
We’re the marketing department your booster club never had, and we’ve created these, so you don’t have to…
Our co-founder, Joan Dyer, is in her final year as PTO president at her daughter's middle school. Two years in that chair taught her what every volunteer figures out eventually: the event is not the hard part. The hard part is walking into a local business with a flyer you made at eleven at night and asking for money. Then doing it again next season, because the person who handled it last year aged out and took everything they knew with them.
Booster clubs and parent groups are, functionally, small marketing departments. They sell sponsorships, promote events, fill the stands, keep families informed and protect a reputation in town. They just do all of it unpaid, after work, with whatever the last volunteer happened to leave behind.
Nobody hands you the materials for that job. So we made them.
The Solution
You Download and Customize It
Editable Canva templates and print-ready files for the parts of the job nobody trains you on:
• Sponsorship media kits and pitch decks that make a four figure ask look reasonable
• Phone scripts and email templates, so a nervous volunteer knows the exact words
• A sponsor tracker, plus a walkthrough for setting up a free online sponsor sign-up form
• Yard signs, entrance banners, sponsor thank you banners and concessions menus
• Season schedule posters and the rest of the game day set
Everything opens in Canva, including the free version. Every placeholder is bracketed, so you always know exactly what to swap and nothing generic sneaks through to a sponsor.
All formats are downloaded into a tool you already use
• Designs come as editable Canva templates, and the free version of Canva is enough
• Signs, posters and banners come as ready to print PDFs, so you can send one straight to a print shop
• Trackers, worksheets and checklists come as Google Sheets
Or we will just do it for you
Send us your logo, your colors and your mascot. We will customize the full set for your school and send it back ready to print and send. That is the Done For You option, and it exists because some volunteers have three weeks until the season starts and zero interest in learning a design tool.
